  • 300 gr. Chinese cabbage;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 50 gr. green onions;
  • 1/4 tsp. salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper;
  • 10 gr. lemon juice;
  • 20 ml vegetable oil;
  • 30 gr. greenery

Chinese cabbage and tomato salad:

  1. All vegetables are first washed and dried. Only after this do they begin their further preparation.
  2. Peking cabbage is finely chopped with a knife.
  3. Tomatoes are simply cut into small pieces.
  4. Place the onion and all the other greens on a board and chop finely with a knife.
  5. All chopped products are poured into a salad dish.
  6. Now prepare the sauce. For this purpose, mix the oil with salt, lemon juice and pepper.
  7. The prepared dressing is poured into the salad and all products are mixed.

  • 300 gr. Chinese cabbage;
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 100 gr. cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 50 gr. sour cream;
  • 30 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 1/4 tsp. salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Salad with Chinese cabbage, tomatoes and cheese:

  1. The cabbage is washed thoroughly and, of course, dried. Only after this is it finely chopped with a knife.
  2. Place the shredded cabbage leaves in a bowl and press down a little with your hands. This process is necessary not only so that it becomes smaller in volume, but also so that it releases a little juice and opens up in the finished dish.
  3. The washed tomatoes are cut into small cubes.
  4. The cheese is ground on a medium grater.
  5. The eggs are boiled for ten minutes, after which they are taken out of hot water and filled with water at the lowest possible temperature, in which they are chilled. Once cooled, they are peeled and cut with a knife into neat slices.
  6. All that remains is the most important thing - preparing the sauce. It is prepared according to the following scheme. Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, a little salt and pepper. Everything is mixed.

Tip: to prevent the cabbage from losing its shape during the washing process, it is recommended to carry out this process not under running water, but in bowls. In the first one, rinse it well and then put it in another, rinse it again. Thanks to this procedure, all the dirt remains in the first bowl, and in the second the product will be perfectly washed.

You will need:

  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 300 gr. Chinese cabbage;
  • 100 gr. mayonnaise;
  • 1/2 tsp. salt;
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper;
  • 20 gr. parsley

Chinese cabbage salad recipes with tomatoes:

  1. Crab sticks must be defrosted and only then the film is removed from them. Finally, they are placed on a board and cut into small cubes with a knife.
  2. The cabbage is washed and then finely chopped into thin strips with a knife.
  3. The greens are also washed and finely chopped.
  4. The garlic is peeled and crushed using a garlic press.
  5. The tomatoes are also washed and then cut into thin strips.

  • 300 gr. cherry tomatoes;

  2. Using a knife, chop the bread into small squares. Then pour over a mixture of oil and garlic, mix and place on a baking sheet, which is placed in the oven and baked.
  3. The chicken meat is washed and cut into small pieces, then placed in a frying pan and fried in it with the addition of oil, salt and pepper.
  4. The Chinese cabbage is washed and only after it has dried, it is chopped into thin strips.

  1. Fresh cucumber is first washed and then cut into circles. The resulting rings are chopped with a knife into thin strips, but the main thing in the process is not to overdo it, otherwise the taste of the cucumber will not be felt at all, and it will release too much juice. And this is completely undesirable when preparing salads.
  2. The washed radishes are also cut into thin bars.
  3. The upper, softer and more tender part of Chinese cabbage is cut off, each individual leaf is washed and dried. They put the clean leaves in a pile and chop them, but unlike the usual white cabbage, not too thin, at least a centimeter thick.
  4. The tomatoes are also washed and then cut into thin slices. If you purchase specimens that are too juicy, the middle is removed and only the dense part is left for the dish.
  5. The eggs are first boiled for ten minutes. After this time period, they are chilled and the whites are separated from the yolk. This dish uses only the second component. It is cut into strips with a knife.
  6. Green onions must be washed along with the herbs and then chopped as finely as possible.
  7. Only now start preparing the dressing. Pour the oil into a small bowl and add lemon juice to it. In this composition, beat the mixture so that it becomes a little thicker, add yogurt.
  8. All these products that have been crushed are placed in a salad bowl, mixed, salt and pepper are added to them, and allowed to brew for a couple of minutes.
  9. The salad is poured with aromatic dressing, mixed again and left to infuse for a few minutes.

How to prepare Chinese cabbage salad with vegetables and sour cream

As usual, before cutting vegetables for salads, I thoroughly rinse the ingredients under running water and dry them with a towel. The order in which the ingredients are chopped does not matter at all for my salad. Let's start with tomatoes, for example. I remove the place where the tail of the tomato was located. I cut the tomato into small slices. I immediately place the tomato slices in a bowl.

Now I start chopping the cucumber. Whether to cut off the peel or not is up to you. If the cucumber is young and its skin is not bitter, then you can leave it. The form of cucumber slicing is cubes or thick straws.

It's time for the bow. I use purple because it is more suitable for salads. The shape is half rings.

I chop the pepper, peeled from the seed pod, into strips.

I just chop the Chinese cabbage thinly.

I only use salt as a spice, but you can also add ground pepper.

I add dressing to the chopped ingredients. I have sour cream.

All that remains is to mix everything.

In our time of food diversity, it has become fashionable to adhere to the principles of proper nutrition. For me, in this regard, the hardest thing was not to eat enough at night. The myth that you can’t eat after 18:00 is really just a myth. However, doctors still advise eating no later than 2-3 hours before bedtime, while trying to avoid fatty, fried, sweet and starchy foods. The good news is that the range of vegetables, fruits and dietary meat in stores today is large. The only difficulty is to combine them so that it is delicious. I offer one of the options for a “light” salad that will not add extra calories to you, but is still quite juicy and tasty.

First, let's prepare the ingredients:
I took half a chicken breast fillet and medium-sized vegetables. Peking cabbage is sold in whole heads of 1 kg. We will only need 1/3 of a head of cabbage - approximately 300 grams.

1. First of all, you need to wash the chicken fillet and cook it in salted water.


To make the fillet cook faster, you need to divide it into several pieces. In terms of time, cooking the chicken will take 50-60 minutes.

2. While the chicken is boiling, let's take on the vegetables. First of all, I chop the cucumber. To avoid peeling cucumbers, I take smooth ones, rinse them with hot water and cut off the “butts”. You can cut the cucumber in different ways, I do it into small “straws”.


3. Place the cucumber in a container. It is imperative that the dishes have high walls, as the salad will be “voluminous”. I took a simple 3 liter plastic container. The finished dish can be transferred to the salad bowl when ready.


4. Now let's take on the tomato. You need to wash it, cut off the mark from the stalk and cut into cubes.


5. Add chopped tomato to the bowl with the cucumbers.


6. Separate the leaves of Chinese cabbage from the head, cut the pulp of the leaves from the stalk.


7. Cut the leaves lengthwise into several “strips”


8. Then collect all the “strips” and carefully cut them crosswise. This will slightly reduce the volume of the finished dish. And besides, I personally don’t like “burdocks” in salad.


9. Add chopped cabbage to the bowl with the vegetables.


10. After the fillet is cooked, you need to take it out and cool it.


11. After cooling, the fillet should be cut into cubes.


12. Then add the shredded fillets to the bowl.


13. Once all the ingredients are already in the bowl, there are several dressing options:
- just add salt to taste without oil or sauces,
- salt and season with vegetable oil,
- season with soy sauce and vegetable oil and no salt required,
- season with a mixture of mayonnaise and garlic and then the salad will no longer be dietary, but quite piquant.
I use vegetable oil and soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons of oil and 1 tbsp. spoon of soy sauce for this volume. My husband prefers only salt. Therefore, we each fill up in our own way.
