Possible errors when checking information:

To solve the error, you need to open the login form again and try to retype the username and password again. If the login fails, recover the password using the appropriate function.

This error says that the data you entered does not match the data in the PCA. To eliminate the error, you need to contact the office of the insurance company under your last OSAGO agreement to update your personal information.

In addition, this error may mean that you were not previously a policyholder in any Insurance organization, in other words, get an insurance contract for the first time. So you need to apply directly to the office of "Reso - Guarantees" to issue a printing form for OSAGO.

Step 6.1: Registration of an electronic OSAGO policy for new Clients

  2. Conclusion date is today's date.
  3. Specify the start date of the contract insurance period (the insurance period is one year).
  4. The insurance period is equal to the insurance period by default. The period of insurance cannot be less than 3 months. The contract may stipulate no more than 3 periods of insurance.

The Policyholder's data is filled in automatically, based on the information specified by the Policyholder at the time of registration in the personal account.

Filling in information about the owner of the vehicle.

If the owner of the car belongs to the policyholder, the "Owner" section is not to be completed. See if there is a checkmark "V" next to the line "Is the policyholder."

If the Vehicle Owner is not the Insured, you need to remove the "V" in the appropriate field and fill in the information about the Vehicle Owner:


Filling in takes place in an almost completely identical way, as well as entering data during registration.

The only difference is in the presence of fields that are not required to be filled in and in the possibility of choosing the form of the owner (highlighted in color).

  1. Enter the personal data of the owner (name, date of birth and gender).
  2. Specify the identity document of the owner by filling in its series and number.
  3. If desired, add the contact details of the owner.
  4. Specify the owner's registration address by clicking on search. Selecting an address using the directory is done step by step by selecting the region, city and street.


  1. Complete the owner's address with information about the house and apartment by entering it manually.

Filling in vehicle information.


  1. Select the brand of vehicle (TC) from the directory.
  2. Select a car model. If the required option is not in the list of models, indicate “other” and enter the full name of the vehicle according to the Title.
  3. The vehicle type will be set automatically depending on the specified vehicle model. Insert "V" if the vehicle is used with a trailer
  4. Specify the year of manufacture of the vehicle.
  5. Specify the power if the type of vehicle is "Passenger". If "Cargo" - fill in the field "Permitted max. weight".
  6. Select the steering wheel position.
  7. Fill in the VIN-number of the vehicle, consisting of 17 characters. If there are fewer characters, then this is the body number - enter it in the appropriate field, and fill in “VIN” with the word “MISSING”. When entering the VIN number, filling in the “body / chassis number” is not necessary.
  8. Fill in the registration number of the vehicle. If the car is not registered with the traffic police, do not fill in this field.
  9. Select the purpose of using the vehicle.
  10. Fill in the data of the Vehicle Passport (use English letters in the PTS series).
  11. In the presence of the entered TCP, the Registration Certificate is not required to be entered.
  12. If necessary, fill in the data on the diagnostic card (DK) by selecting the diagnostic card in the "Document Type".
  13. Fill in the DC number, most often consisting of the 21st digit (card number in EAISTO).
  14. Fill in the date of issue of the DC.

Step 6.2: Adding/Removing Drivers

If the list of drivers allowed to drive is limited, then select the appropriate value from the list:


  1. Enter the driver's last name.
  2. Enter the Driver's Name.
  3. Enter the driver's first name.
  4. Enter the date of birth of the driver.
  5. Specify date of issue first driver's license.

Attention! In the field "VU date" (driver's license), enter the date of receipt first driver's driver's license. If only the year of receipt of the first VU is known, then fill in the field as follows: “12.31.ХХХХ”, where XXXX is the year of receipt.

  1. Specify a series of driving licenses.
  2. Enter your driver's license number.
  3. Select the gender of the driver.
  4. To remove a driver from the list of persons allowed to drive, click "Delete".

Step 7: Calculate and save the policy

Possible errors when checking SAR data:

Such errors indicate that you have not filled in all the necessary data. Please fill in the missing information to correct the error.


One of the stages of issuing an electronic OSAGO policy is the verification of the data specified by the client about the insured, the owner, the driver and the vehicle, with the data stored in the AIS RSA. If the verification is successful, then you can proceed to the next stage of issuing the policy. If the data verification is not passed, it is impossible to issue an electronic policy. In this case, you can contact the nearest office of SPAO "RESO-Garantia" to issue a policy on a printed form, or send a letter to the address [email protected] for a possible solution to this problem.

  • After you have saved the electronic policy, the "Pay" button becomes active. Clicking it will take you to the page payment system.

Step 8: Payment system selection form


  1. If the form is not displayed correctly, not as shown in the figure, or the payment button does not function, use the instructions.
  2. Specify, provided that you will pay with a VISA card.
  3. Specify if you will be paying with a MasterCard.
  4. Press the "Pay" button. The policy has been bought.

Step 9: Form of payment


  1. Enter your card number.
  2. Select the expiration date for the card.
  3. Enter the cardholder (as written on the card).
  4. Enter the CVV2 code (shown on the back of the card).
  5. Click to pay.
  6. Click if you decide not to pay.
  • After you have paid, you need to return to your Personal Account and refresh the page (F5), after the update, a link to download the electronic policy will appear, in addition, an SMS and e-mail will be sent to the user where the number of the policy form is indicated.
  • If you want to terminate or make changes to the policy, you will need to go to the office and write a written application.
  • The online policy is available for download and viewing in the Personal Account. We advise you to print it on the same day. It must be carried with you and shown if required by the traffic police inspector.
  • If you do not pay for the created policy using the payment system (Step 7-8) within 24 hours from the date of issuing the policy, the system will assume that you have refused to prolong the OSAGO agreement. Payment methods other than those specified in Step 7 are not allowed.

Step 10: Obtaining an insurance policy form


The link to download the electronic policy will be available after payment, that is, the field of how you bought the policy, for this you should refresh the page (F5). A PDF file is downloaded to a computer and can be printed from any program that supports this format, such as Adobe Reader.
