The head of the subdivision (shift supervisor) of personal security is appointed from among the most trained private security guards. He is obliged to know the general duties of the guards. He should be characterized by: good physical fitness, representativeness, special skills in the field of enterprise security, the ability to predict and anticipate the development of the situation, self-control, determination, composure, instant reaction to opposition, the ability to provide psychological impact and first aid, etc. Head of the unit (shift senior) of personal security reports directly to the head of the security service. It ensures the safety of the head of the enterprise and persons from his environment (at the direction of the guarded).

To this end, he:

    organizes personal protection of the head of the enterprise of persons from his environment;

In case of encroachments on the life and health of the protected person and persons from his entourage, the head of the unit (shift supervisor) of personal protection uses special means in the manner prescribed by law. Ensures the preservation of traces of a criminal assault, the presence of witnesses and the detention of persons with signs of an illegal assault.

The head of the subdivision (shift supervisor) of personal security is obliged to know the functional duties one step higher than the position held.

The foreman of the security shift (on duty at the facility) is directly subordinate to the operational duty officer and the security management of the enterprise.

The shift supervisor must:

1. General Provisions

1.1. This regulation on duty at the OGBOU NPO professional lyceum No. 24 in Teikovo (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) regulates the organization of duty, the rights and obligations of the administrator on duty, the foreman and students.

1.2. Lyceum duty is organized to maintain internal order in the lyceum, take timely measures to prevent offenses, obtain primary information about the signs of the likelihood of an emergency of a man-made or natural nature, the threat of terrorist acts.

1.3. Duty in the lyceum is organized with the aim of educating students in responsibility and discipline, developing student self-government, maintaining order and cleanliness in accordance with sanitary and hygienic standards.

1.4. The duty of the lyceum is carried out according to the schedule approved by the director. To organize the duty, a duty group is assigned under the guidance of a foreman on duty, an administrator on duty. Responsibility for organizing the duty rests with the administrator on duty, for conducting the duty - with the foreman. The Duty Master reports directly to the Duty Administrator.

1.5. In their activities, officials, teachers involved in duty, are guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", other regulations on education and upbringing of students; administrative, labor and economic legislation; rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection, as well as the Charter and local legal acts of the lyceum.


2. Organization of duty

2.1. Responsibility for the direct organization and management of the watch system rests with the Deputy Director for OIA.

2.2. Organization of duty at the lyceum:

2.2.1. All training groups, masters of p / o and administration are involved in the duty.

2.2.2 The Deputy Director for UVR draws up a duty schedule for 2 months, which is approved by the Director of the Lyceum.

2.2.4. The foremen of the duty groups draw up a duty schedule for the group 1 day a week (in accordance with the general schedule), appoint responsible persons, and distribute students on duty by posts in the building of the educational building and the dining room.

2.2.5. Students are on duty from 8:00 a.m. to 3:20 p.m. and keep order in change.

The foreman on duty comes on duty at 7.45 o'clock. He wakes up the students in the hostel, then from 8.00 to 8.30 controls the reception of students' clothes, from 11.45 to 12.05 organizes meals for students in the canteen. 2.2.6. The duty schedule of administrators and their briefing is carried out by the Deputy Director for OIA.

2.2.7. The instructions of the administrator on duty are obligatory for all employees and students of the lyceum. On Saturdays, administrators on duty control all educational and production activities of the lyceum, including work with the parents of students.

2.3. Group duty organization:

2.3.1. Group duty is carried out daily throughout the school year.

2.3.2. Each student is on duty for 1 day, according to the duty schedule developed by the head of the group and approved by the class teacher and master.

2.3.3. The duty schedule is drawn up for a month.

2.3.4. The duty officer is responsible for the discipline of the group and the sanitary condition in the classroom (workshop) during the training sessions.

2.3.5. At the end of the month, the results of the duty are summed up and the best ones are marked.

2.4. Lyceum duty posts.

2.4.1. The duty officers must ensure the safety of property and equipment, control the cleanliness and order at the posts.

2.4.3. After classes, the attendants must restore complete order at the entrusted post, hand over the site to the foreman on duty.

2.4.4. Duty officers must monitor the implementation of the smoking ban by the students of the lyceum.

2.4.5. The medical worker and the deputy director for the administrative and economic part systematically check the sanitary condition of the offices. The head of the office (or the teacher in this office) must be present at this.


3. Rights and obligations of duty officers

3.1. Rights and obligations of the duty group:

3.1.7. If necessary, provide assistance in cleaning the territory of the lyceum and other chores.

3.2. The duty group has the right:

a) make demands on any student, on the whole group, seeking the fulfillment of their instructions (behavior, cleaning, etc.);

b) make proposals to the administration on the punishment and encouragement of groups and individual students, including those on duty.

3.3. Duty master:

Keep a duty log with records of violations of discipline and order;

Ensure order and discipline during breaks between classes, as well as before and after they begin, in the dining room during lunch from 11.45 to 12.05 and during educational and recreational activities;

Do not allow the presence of students in outerwear;

Do not allow smoking in the building of the lyceum;

Control the beginning and end of classes;

Keep order during classes;

To accept posts and release students of the duty group after eliminating all the shortcomings noted in the post with the permission of the duty administrator;

Monitor the economical use of electricity, water;

Monitor latecomers with an entry in the journal of latecomers.

3.4. Duty administrator, duty master take part in:

Organization of the activities of students during breaks (lines), the activities of employees and students in case of unforeseen situations, if necessary, call emergency services;

Monitoring compliance by students with the Rules of Conduct;

2. Organization of duty in the city of Tyumen on weekends and holidays

d) interacts with emergency services of resource-supplying organizations, managing organizations of the city of Tyumen;

e) travels around the territory of the city of Tyumen;

f) in the event of an emergency, travels to the place of its occurrence;

2.5. To carry out his functions, the duty officer in the city has the right to:

2.6. In case of receipt of information about the occurrence of an emergency, the city duty officer, no later than 15 minutes from the moment of receiving the relevant information, informs the Deputy Head of the Tyumen City Administration in accordance with the competence, the heads of the relevant sectoral (functional), territorial bodies of the Tyumen City Administration, emergency services of resource supplying organizations about happened.

If necessary, the city duty officer provides information about the occurrence of an emergency to the Head of the Administration of the city of Tyumen, the chairman of the Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergencies and Fire Safety of the city of Tyumen.

2.7. The duty officer in the city carries out a visit to the place of occurrence of an emergency in order to obtain operational information about the state of the life support systems of the city of Tyumen and ensure the interaction of emergency services of resource-supplying organizations.

2.8. 2.4. To control the state of serviceability of the available means of communication and information processing. Report possible malfunctions immediately to the head or his deputy, take measures to eliminate them.

2.5. Timely inform consumers (electricity, heat, gas and water supply) about the planned planned work related to changes in the life support system of the facility, as well as about emergency situations that have arisen.
