International Center for Learning College Med. College Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia

The College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is one of the oldest state educational institutions of secondary vocational education. The educational institution graduates specialists in documentation management and archiving. Today the College is one of the leaders in the training of specialists in this professional field.

Admission to the College is carried out on the basis of the average score of the certificate. To study full-time, you must have basic general education (9 grades) or secondary general education (11 grades). Admission to part-time education is carried out on the basis of the main general education(11 classes) or secondary, higher and incomplete higher education.

College teachers are honored workers of Russian education, who over the years have proven their professional competence and the ability to instill in students an interest in the subjects they study. The lack of staff turnover and the growth of teachers' experience leads to the development of effective modular methodological complexes that are used by all specialist teachers.

In the course of professional training, students are offered to master various cycles of disciplines that provide full-fledged training in the humanitarian sphere. Students consider such areas of today's science as general humanitarian and socio-economic subjects, mathematical and natural science cycles, general professional and professional modules. A solid experience in research activities guarantees a high place and established relations of the teaching staff in the global scientific community, which allows students and graduates to continue their education and scientific research. A significant number of graduates choose higher education, entering on preferential terms in the leading universities of the capital (MIRBIS, Russian State University for the Humanities, ATiSO, ENGEKIN MAI). Many students receive higher education while studying at the College.

The college is located in a comfortable new building, where classrooms and thirteen computer classes are equipped for a high-tech and effective educational process. Additional technical capabilities for modern learning foreign languages, office work, the basics of computer processing of documentation and other specialized disciplines.

The educational work of the educational institution includes all the most important areas: moral (conversations, psychological meetings), military-patriotic (reviews, competitions), sports (competitions, federal, regional and city events), aesthetic (college-based competitions, design work), labor and volunteer movement. The college has several creative teams, including dance, theater and computer circles.
The college provides active assistance in employment.

Each student is given several options for applications. Every year the College employs almost 100% of its graduates.

For college applicants, there are year-round preparatory courses and specialized training classes. Additional education before entering college not only increases college applicants' chances of getting into college, but also increases their overall level of professional preparation.

After studying here for two years, waiting for employment in a good position, weighing all the pros and cons, I decided to write this review. Without embellishment, without exaggeration and without any baseless statements.

I don't know how my life would have turned out if I hadn't decided to go to college in 2015. Let's just say that life circumstances and my own health prompted me not to go to university right after school, but to get a profession here.
I am satisfied with my life now, but I think that this is not only the merit of the College, but also my nerves, tears, a huge amount of energy spent and an incredible desire to “break through”, get a good job and start my career. So, let's begin.

When I went to study, I apparently did not fully understand exactly what place I was in and what was required of me here. So, for example, a student should calmly accept unflattering comments about her appearance, facial expressions and tone, even if they sound like an insult. If you try to defend your honor or the honor of a classmate, you will go to the head teacher on the carpet)) In this way, girls are brought up and taught that it is better to remain silent)

All the training, I was madly interested in one question: why is it necessary to hold parent-teacher meetings in the College, where students are already quite mature and independent people?! Why, for any problems related to academic performance, behavior, appearance etc., do you need to call your parents, and not solve the problem with a student through a personal conversation? We were reminded all the time that we were already adults, but a little something went wrong - a call to my mother. Meaning?..

In theory, it was relatively easy to study in the first year; Yes, there were new and not entirely clear disciplines (DOE, shorthand), but if you have a desire to gain knowledge, you will take everything and even more from these classes. English is really not taught at the highest level, even in my secondary school it was stronger. However, if you are lucky with a teacher, you will be torn off three skins, if only you study in good faith. I have always loved Russian, I didn’t feel any special difficulties, but it was hard for many: they really demand a lot. It’s not easy to get a four, and if you deserve a five, then they will prove to you that in fact you don’t reach it, you’re just an upstart) Etiquette, CCA is a real test for your stress resistance) It still hardly fits in your head the image of an etiquette teacher who does not know how to behave himself ... However, this is true.

The second year was much harder. More demands, more stress, more fear for your future. Add to this the misunderstandings with graduate teachers and the negligence of the accounting department. I want to note that the loss of your receipts and payment agreements is a common story. However, only you will be blamed. The following strategy also looks quite funny: do not allow payment debtors to take exams (and if they do, then do not announce the results to them, seal them with a piece of paper in a magazine, etc.). If for some reason the family has financial problems, they will tell you not to buy a Ferrari if there is no money for maintenance. And then they will come down and offer to write an application for deferred payment, but in such a tone that you will feel like a bum who doesn’t even have money for bread. Sometimes you realize that you are no longer exporting, then you have to call your parents for help, so that at least they find out the reason for this lawlessness. However, parents will be assured that the problem is not in the staff of the College, but only in you) That you are a fool, that you mixed everything up and lost your payments yourself)

It is useless to complain about the biased attitude of teachers: mutual responsibility reigns here and nepotism blooms in a stormy color, as they have already written before me. If you want to talk face to face with the teacher, for what purpose this is done - at the next lesson, the teacher will laugh at you in front of the whole group. Curious...

I would like to note the discipline "Archive Studies", which starts from the second year. Throughout the year, you will not be particularly bothered with tests, homework and cramming, and you will fail at the state exam. There are two teachers: strong and weak, and then how lucky. If you have been studying with a weak person all year, do not hope for a gift of fate at the state, because both teachers are accepted.

Well, separately I want to note the defense of the diploma, which is more like a celebration of vanity. First, the whole group collects a decent amount of money in order to buy a bouquet for each member of the commission (yes, not some miserable three roses, but a normal Schaub), cover the "glade" (not the fact that someone will even eat, but you need to cover ), but even after that, you should not hope that the commission will be kind. Perhaps you were lucky with a graduate student, you responsibly approached writing and defending. Perhaps you played the fool all year and a week before the defense your diploma was not accepted in the educational department. It would seem obvious what kind of assessment someone deserved? But no))) Wait for a surprise) And if a methodologist is present at your defense, then expect a surprise with a vengeance))) If anything, my defense went perfectly, although not without worries.

And finally, I will say a few words about the secretaries. It would seem that the College prepares clerks, neat and meticulous people. At the same time, one gets the impression that they are actually studying to be chimney sweeps here ... Otherwise, how can one explain the fact that a clerk who graduated from this College and works here is not able to draw up a final report sheet without errors? I think this is an indication. However, it's not for me to decide.)

In order to avoid any accusations against me, I’ll say right away that I studied well, got a decent job, the rating was pink and not lower) If you still go to study here, I recommend that you immediately understand where you ended up; immediately learn to be a silent good boy; immediately be mentally prepared for anything. What I wrote is only a small part, the slightest.

College is really an army for girls, a real school of life, after studying here I am not afraid of anything, my inner core is strong and strong. Was it worth it? I do not regret anything, but only taking into account the fact that I still waited for employment. The rest is up to you. Always maintain your dignity even in egregious situations.

I went to this site and while studying at the College, for myself, I divided the authors into two groups: good feedback write people who got a job and forgot about everything bad; bad reviews are written by those who did not wait for the work. I promised myself that I would cool down, calm down and write everything honestly, and not on emotions, because I don’t forget anything. I hope my review will be useful to someone)

She took courses "typing on a PC" at this institution. Now I can confidently type texts in the blind at a fairly good speed. May I recommend them? Definitely yes! The instructor was always willing to help if I didn't understand something. In addition, I got enough knowledge for the design of text documents - fonts, tabs, headings and much more. I believe that these courses will be useful not only for those who enter college, but also for those who would like to improve and learn how to type texts BLINDLY, as well as learn a lot of new and interesting things for themselves.

I graduated from college in 2009, the distribution was offered in six months, by that time I had already found a job on my own, so I refused. Employers did not know about the prestige of the college, but various knowledge helped in the work. And now the main cons! While studying in college, we heard that education is on a par with institutes, it is state-owned, you can get into it only after grade 11 (I already had college-specific grades 10 and 11). Learning is not easy, high requirements, the army for girls is a very correct characteristic. And after 4 years (including school), education in the college of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is not recognized in other countries!!! It only makes sense to go into it: if you have connections and you know that you will get a place in state structures, or if you are in the red rating, which includes school medalists and other gifted individuals. In all other cases, go to a normal university, state institute! 10 years later I'm really sorry that I went there, you never know what the future holds, but a good education in state institute won't hurt anyone!

I am extremely happy that I entered and studied at this college. I received a very good education and I can confidently call myself a specialist in the field of documentation support for management and archiving. The learning process did not always go smoothly, it was sometimes very difficult. There were many experiences and there were tears, but now I understand that I had to go through it. But now now I react much more calmly to many things, I think that I really have become wiser and smarter. And now I'm starting a new stage thanks to college, I'm getting a job that I like. I hope future students will enjoy studying at the college.

Hello! I am a graduate of 2019. I am very glad that I entered this educational institution. After all, it is at the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia that they give such an education that will definitely come in handy later, regardless of who you will work with (if you studied, of course, and did not score to study). I can say with confidence that the College has a very good reputation. Employers know what our students can do, so with a high probability they will give preference to a graduate of the College, and not to someone else. I read a lot of reviews before starting my studies. Many write that there is no employment. Yes, some are not employed. I'll clarify who. Girls from the gray rating. I have no idea what to do to get into it. If you learn everything in time, do not break the rules, then you definitely will not find yourself there. And for the rest, they definitely provide assistance in finding a job. In confirmation, I’ll say that my classmates who wrote an application for commerce and government agencies (excluding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs) received a call to invite them for an interview already during the state exams, i.e. immediately after practice. This is saying something. I also know for a fact that several female students found employment with the assistance of the College BEFORE graduation. It's really hard to learn. But if you set a goal, then anything is possible. I graduated from College with an honors degree. You will have to learn a lot and for a long time. But I will say right away that if you are the first year and half of the second really studied, then at the last stage it will be much easier for you. It was enough for me to simply run my eyes over the theory before the control ones and write on "5". You will have to give up your personal life for a while, because it is incredibly difficult to combine good studies and meeting friends. Sometimes there is not enough time to just get enough sleep, let alone "walk" after school. But trust me, it's worth it. Postpone it all for 2-4 years, get a decent education and a good job, or miss it all, forgetting to study? You decide. I want to thank the administration of our College. It is thanks to them that the work in the College is going so smoothly, all events are organized on high level. I would like to say a few words of gratitude to the wonderful teachers. They are always ready to help, polite, go forward. More than once I read that "teachers do not respect students, humiliate and insult them, and the administration spits on them." Nothing like this. It all depends on how you present yourself. If you brazenly communicate with a teacher, do not listen to him, insult him, then you expect to be patted on the head and smile sweetly? I think you can answer this question yourself. I want to separately thank Khudyakova Elena Sergeevna, Burtseva Valentina Viktorovna, Zaitseva Irina Vladimirovna, Ermilova Oksana Valerievna, Ivanova Natalya Petrovna, Balovnev Dmitry Anatolyevich, Balovneva Natalya Alekseevna, Tarnavskaya Anna Viktorovna, Nikulshina Anna Igorevna, Krivitskaya Lyudmila Petrovna, and also Leonidovich Yuri for everything These two years have flown by unnoticed. Although the program was very voluminous, they managed to “pack” everything in such a way that it is easy and quick to remember. It was quite difficult, because there is a lot of knowledge and very little time. But they did their job. Thanks to them, I will not “feel at ease” at work, I can easily draw up any document, write a letter in English or French, communicate with a foreigner in his native language, properly receive a visitor or answer a phone call, organize a visit of a foreign delegations. I can check the document for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors, I know where and how to use a capital letter correctly. Now I correctly distribute the workload using time management, I know what approach is best to find for the staff. I can also quickly type a document in Russian and latin keyboard. I can also take shorthand text on political topics at a speed of 70 words per minute, and just any word (much simplifies and speeds up note-taking, believe me). College helped me find wonderful friends with whom we continue to communicate even after graduation from the College. I participated in many events, such as congratulating veterans on the Great Victory Day, volunteering at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the World Trade Center, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, RIA Novosti, and much more. Also, students can participate in a culinary competition, a skill competition (embroidery, drawing, etc.), in professional skills competitions in special disciplines and foreign languages, in sports competitions, etc. I am very glad that I went here after the 11th grade, although many people said that it is better to go to a university than to some college. But few universities will be able to provide such a strong theoretical background, send them for practice to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Government, the State Duma, the Ministry of Economic Development and other organizations, and help them find a job exactly where the graduate wants. And all this in 2-4 years. In return, you only need to learn everything on time, observe discipline, if you have free time, then participate in some competitions and volunteering (purely for the soul). I was constantly busy with something, so I didn’t notice how these two years flew by. Thanks a lot to the College for these 2 years!

I graduated from the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia in 2019. I can say that the level of teaching at the college is very high, the teachers are doing everything to prepare really competent and in-demand specialists. Special attention is given to the Russian language, it was taught by Oksana Valerievna Ermilova. Here he is one of the main difficulties for students. Even teachers sometimes wish us good luck before the tests) The volume is very large, the rules - the existence of which we did not even suspect before, the demand - wow. But it's worth it, honestly! For example, exercises that used to take an hour to complete and required digging through all sorts of sources are now solved once or twice within 15 minutes. And when something turns out, of course, you get pleasure from it. Therefore, the Russian language is one of my favorite subjects. But other disciplines are not inferior! Shorthand is something incredible! The unique knowledge acquired here truly gives us, as future specialists, a certain exclusivity and irreplaceability. And we also have OSO (Fundamentals of Secretarial Service), Management, English, German and much, much more. All items are very interactive and exciting. You never know what awaits you today (but in a good way!) All teachers are very professional. It would seem that you can do it in 2 years. But believe me, a lot! All the knowledge that we acquire is supposedly deposited at the genetic level. And in Everyday life you no longer notice how easy it is to use them at any moment. Without any difficulties, you can switch from one foreign language to another in a conversation, type and format a large array of completely different documents (from simple text documents to an entire database) in the shortest possible time, easily cope with any computer program, which, to be Maybe he didn't even know before. All, of course, and do not list. But sometimes it seems to me that the College is not an ordinary educational institution or something like that. It's like a lifestyle! Studying here is a big responsibility. Now you are not just a clerk or an archivist (as in your specialty), no, sometimes you are a computer scientist, and a designer, and a presenter, and a translator, and a photographer, and even a political informant. And you're not late anymore. Even to friends. Never. And your time, even if it is not yet money, is already scheduled by the minute. And this is very, very correct and useful! And it was also thanks to the College that for the first time we managed to visit such serious venues as: a conference at the World Trade Center, an international forum at RIA Novosti, the Ceremony of awarding the Order of St. Andrew the First-Called at the State Kremlin Committee and many others. Almost everywhere, the girls and I were volunteers (and we also initiated students, conducted tests, were counselors in the camp, read poetry ...) In general, student life with us - you will not get bored! Also, I have already submitted documents to the university, which cooperates with our College. The conditions under which I enter are very convenient and even a little simplified, for which many thanks to Gavryushin Igor Yuryevich! Separately, I also want to say that I will always and everywhere remember the people who were with me from the very beginning, those who helped me and motivated me, who believed in me and opened the doors to this new, truly amazing world. I believe that the results that I managed to achieve are not only mine, but also my parents, and teachers, and all my kind and sympathetic acquaintances. I am honored to be where I am now. In conclusion, I want to thank the teachers preparatory courses, Natalya Sergeevna and Natalya Vladimirovna, for the fact that they were our "first" teachers at the beginning of our journey!

I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia. The college is one of the few places where students can get the most out of teachers thanks to an extremely individual approach to each. Highly qualified teachers set themselves the task of preparing real specialists, and not just "reading the course", which motivates students and makes learning more interesting. They also encourage students to broaden their horizons. Students visit various government structures that are not available to everyone. Guaranteed internship is a great opportunity to look at the world through the eyes of an adult specialist. I would like to thank the director of the FGBPOU "College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia". Igor Yurievich, you are a master of your craft! Thank you.

I'm in college in the graduating class. I entered after 11 classes, passed on the budget. Many of my classmates went to universities after school, at first I was worried if I did the right thing by going to college. Now all doubts have passed, I am sure that I did the right thing. From communication with classmates, university students, I concluded that college education is an order of magnitude higher. And practice in large organizations and employment of graduates is another clear advantage of a college over a university. We take this very seriously. I can say a huge thank you to the college for everything, and it’s even a pity that the time for studying is ending.

Worst place for anyone to learn, especially a teenager. If you are ready for your child to come in tears, stay up at night and even be more squeezed, but do not doubt what this educational institution has done to him. I won't tell you who I am and how I know most of the staff at the school, but I'll just say one thing, the teachers there are terrible, except for a few. I will not give examples so as not to give myself away. The worst thing is that one of the subjects is taught by a former "student" of a long college, who treats her students as useless at a piece of something, she allows herself to yell for no reason, puts marks purely out of personal dislike. It is a pity that this college does not live up to its name. Thanks to the administration, which does not cope with its duties and the nurse, who cannot help in any way, and she is often not on site.

Good day! I am studying at the preparatory department of the college of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for the fourth month in the following disciplines: Russian and English languages and typewriting. Classes start at 10 o'clock, each subject lasts 2 hours. There are 10 minutes between the pairs of breaks, this is quite enough to do personal business and repeat the material that was asked. The building has several bathrooms, a wardrobe, a dining room where you can eat, make yourself tea or pour water. The teachers are very strict but competent. They provide tremendous knowledge that will be useful not only in school and college, but also in adulthood. The material is taught in an accessible form for each student, the main thing is not to be lazy and complete every task of the teacher. If you miss at least one lesson, it will be quite difficult to make up for the missed material. In the Russian language, dictionary dictations are held at each lesson, test papers. But before we write them, we are diligently preparing at home and in the classroom. By typing, we go through everything gradually, each lesson we write test papers for quality, later we will also do it for speed. We go through the base in English of English language but more deeply than at school. During the course, I learned a lot of new things and systematized the previously acquired knowledge at school. I want to express my deep gratitude to the teachers who gave us so many useful skills in such a short period of time!

I want to thank all the staff of the MFA College for their titanic work that they put into the education of each student. I graduated from college and now I understand how much this wonderful educational institution gave me. We were taught everything that may be needed in the future in our profession, and we were also prepared psychologically, all students grow up during their studies, begin to take any matter more seriously, their attitude to work changes, everyone wants to achieve something. The college has excellent teachers who will be remembered by every graduating student, as our teachers invest in us a lot. I want to express my deep gratitude to the director of the college Gavryushin Igor Yuryevich, who is very attentive to each student, thanks to his work the college is successfully developing. Igor Yuryevich does everything to make college students proud of their place of study, to receive all the knowledge that may be useful in their future work. Igor Yuryevich is a wonderful person who really cares about his work and treats everything with a soul. I also want to express my deep gratitude to Markina Elena Nikolaevna, who is a true professional in the field of employment. Elena Nikolaevna helps each student to decide on a future place of work and is very attentive to all wishes regarding employment. I want to say a huge thank you to the excellent teachers, Stanovskikh Svetlana Borisovna, teacher of the Russian language, and Poznyak Natalia Sergeevna, teacher of documentation support for management. Svetlana Borisovna takes a very responsible approach to teaching students, for 2 years she helps to master the Russian language perfectly, I am happy that I studied with her. Poznyak Natalya Sergeevna is a real professional in the field of documentation management. It was under the guidance of Natalya Sergeevna that I wrote my final qualifying work. Natalya Sergeevna helped me a lot, we discussed the passing of the WRC and worked every free minute in the schedule. I am very proud that I graduated from the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it gave me a lot, there for 2 years I grew both professionally and morally, the College helped me with employment. All the knowledge that I received in college was useful to me at work. I had an internship at the State Duma of the Russian Federation, students of higher educational institutions also had an internship with me, but everyone noted that the students of our college are much higher in professional training. I will remember with great warmth and respect everyone who works in this beautiful educational institution. Thanks to the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation for everything he gave me!

Divorce parents of students for money, which even the teachers themselves do not know about. People absolutely calmly go to work as personal assistants to leaders even after graduating from a normal university in Moscow. And everything at work, as they say, will be taught. And here they cook narrowly for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and there at the same time ... (under the guise and cover of a decent name of the institution) You will receive a penny in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs all your life, but you will get into commerce one way or another, where the salary is higher, ONLY if you have have higher education. Until then, you will sit and wait by the sea for the weather in the truest sense of the word, because the diplomats in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are not all young :) I studied at college for 4 years, graduated with a pink rating, have been working for 2 years and studying at RUDN University. It was not worth those nerves, and even more so the fabulous sums of money spent by my parents. I regret not going to university sooner. There is no blat, you will not get a job anywhere. And this college will promise you a lot, and then they will say sharply in the 4th year, "oh, hard times have come." Employers, except for ladies from the post-Soviet space, are not even aware of the existence of the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. Not to mention the fact that even Lavrov himself found out about him not so long ago (yes, it was he who came to the site’s photo for the only, first and probably last time to visit him in 80 years since the opening of the so-called earlier courses for typists and stenographers. At MGIMO he and then visits more often). So: "Think for yourself, decide for yourself, to have or not to have."

It's time for me to write a review about this educational institution. I am a college graduate, graduated this year. Let's analyze + and - College. Let's start with the cons: - the attitude of teachers and administration. Dear Dina Borisovna, STOP humiliating female students! And without you we know that we are stupid secretaries, and you, of course, are a Goddess and, of course, you can refuse ANY ambassador, but you won’t do it, because you take huge bribes on your paw. And so, there are some teachers who really showed love for the subject, but about them below. - nurse. This is a separate character who has no right to give you pills, much less let you go home. You die here, but after you serve 5 couples. To complaints that her stomach hurts, she answered: "Your pants are crushing, unbutton." Yeah, so we have a girl with appendicitis left. - payment. Here you will pay absolutely for EVERYTHING. Don't want to take extra. shorthand - do not take, only you will not be employed. Don't want to pay for the 2nd language? Okay, but be kind enough to transfer to another group and pay for extra. English, which is not needed at all. So, for 2 years of study I paid almost 500 thousand, which is equal to the cost of studying at a university. - College building. It's just not designed for that many students. The dining room is small, so we had to dine on the windowsills, on the street, and almost in the toilet. Things in the wardrobe could be received in 30(!) minutes. The College also rents premises from MABIU, where students huddled in small rooms almost on top of each other. - employment. about any good companies, and even more so about Gazprom do not dream. And if you get together at the Foreign Ministry, you will not wait, because there are no places there, if you are lucky, they will offer you to stay in practice. This is probably the only way to get there. - received education. If you're coming here to improve your English, then no, you won't be able to do it here. English is weak. If we talk about specialized education, then it all depends on the teacher who will be in your group. There are a lot of extra items, on which 3 skins are also pulled. Let's move on to the pros: + practice. If you are not left to practice at the College, then they will provide you with really good places, despite the rating color (which doesn't affect anything). + the reputation of the College. Despite the large number of negative reviews, the College enjoys a good reputation with employers, so when you look for a job (and you will do it yourself (see above)), it will be much easier to compete with others. And in conclusion, I want to say special thanks to Galina Anatolyevna Merzlyakova (German), Olga Dmitrievna Shatokhina (shorthand), Irina Nikolaevna Savelova (DOU) and Elena Ivanovna Votyakova. These are the teachers to whom I really wanted to go to pairs.

Hello! My name is Anastasia Timonina. I am a 2018 graduate. I would like to thank the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia for the acquired professional skills and knowledge, which I now apply in the work provided to me by the College. Of course, learning is hard. However, after graduating from College, I learned to adapt to various life situations, including stressful ones. In addition to education, the College pays great attention to our personal development. A variety of creative and professional competitions and cultural events are held. Students have the opportunity to visit structures that are inaccessible to others and see their work from the inside, for example: the Russian Foreign Ministry, the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the Office of the Government of the Russian Federation. In general, the College of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is a good school of life.
