Peel and finely chop the ginger root, take its amount according to your taste.
By the way, in order for you to get all the vitamins from ginger and its essential oils, you need to choose it correctly in the store. Ginger should be chosen not with the eyes and not with the heart, smell it well. It should not smell musty, this will indicate that the ginger has been frozen or stored incorrectly. Tubers of good fresh ginger have a creamy golden color, a smooth surface, without hard growths. If you see that the ginger is shriveled, this will mean that it has been on the store shelf for a long time. There are almost no vitamins and nutrients left in such ginger. By weight, ginger should be heavy, this will speak of its freshness. Rub the skin of the ginger with your fingernail, if it peels off easily, it is fresh and young.

Slice the lemon and orange into slices and put them in a glass. You can grate their zest and squeeze the juice out of the fruit, both options are good, the vitamin C in the lemonade will be enough.

Now add sugar or honey to taste.

Carefully crush all the ingredients with a wooden pestle, so they better give off all their aromas and tastes.

Remove the ice from the refrigerator, if the piece is large, wrap it in a towel and break it with a hammer. Pour ice into a glass.

It remains only to fill the entire contents of the glass with purified water. Instead, you can pour sparkling water.

  • Lemon or citric acid

We add them as desired and better after we try to make lemonade according to classic recipe. They are needed to give extra sourness, but it may not be needed.

You will need water from a bottle, cooler or filtered. The proportions are 10 liters per 4 oranges, we proceed from them. You can make the drink more concentrated, then pour in the water in parts, adding 5 liters at once, and then the rest.

  • Meat grinder, blender or grater

How to make frozen orange lemonade

Ingredients

  • — 2.5 l + -
  • optional 0.5 fruit + -
  • - 120 g + -
  • Orange - 1-2 pcs. + -

Cooking

Wash oranges with a sponge running water and then scalded with boiling water. This is necessary to wash out excess bitterness from the zest, as well as to remove the layer of wax with which the fruit is coated for better preservation.

Now we can freeze whole oranges, or we can divide them into 4 slices each. In the latter case, they will freeze faster, and it will be easier to grind them later.

Depending on the method of freezing (slices or whole), we keep the fruit in the cold from 5-6 hours to 12, leaving it overnight.

We take out the citruses and leave them to move away at room temperature for 15 minutes, so as not to damage the blender. You can also grate them on a coarse grater. It is better to remove the bones that come across so that they do not add bitterness to the drink.

Pour into the resulting mass right amount sugar, pour a liter of boiling water, mix and cover with a lid - let it brew for 3-4 hours.

If time is running out, pour just warm water and hold for 25 minutes.

We filter the resulting syrup through a sieve, and then spread it with gauze and skip the drink again to get rid of very small particles.

We bring the syrup to the desired taste with water, gradually adding it. You should not pour in all the amount of water at once, because it is quite possible that a higher concentration will suit. In addition, ready-made lemonade can be served with crushed ice, like a mojito - this will also take away “part of the taste”.

Pour the finished drink into bottles, cool. Enjoy your meal!

In the same way, lemonade is prepared at home from frozen oranges and lemons. Their ratio should be 1:3. If you take citric acid, then it will need 1 tbsp. for 4 oranges.

  2. Collect all ingredients in one container and stir well until completely dissolved.
  3. Cool down.

This drink is usually consumed cold. You don't have to keep it in the fridge for this. You can just use ice cubes.

  2. Squeeze juice from citrus fruits. It should be at least 1 cup.
  3. Prepare ordinary syrup by heating sugar with water in a ratio of 1.5:1.
  4. Place all ingredients in a glass container and refrigerate. There, homemade lemonade with mint and lemon should not only cool down, but also brew a little.

This drink should only be served cold. In extreme cases, you can add ice.
